In pure selfishness, reject Doordash s&o for putting hundred of us thru their terrible interview process

All seriousness I’d probably go Pepsi anyway. The food delivery space is really tough, nobody is profitable including doordash, and I no longer think its sexy enough to get rewarded for just the tech.
Very least I believe Pepsi will be around a decade from now; I’d doubt thats the case with DoorDash
Honest question- why is everything always about exit ops? You are at McK, going to exit to Pepsi, so that you can exit to…. What? When is it time to pick a job for that job and not for the next one?
At 53.
I would pick DoorDash if I knew I was going to continue to hop around every couple years. I would pick Pepsi if I wanted to find a home and eventually make it to a leadership position.
What’s the TC at each? And what level at McKinsey?
This is heavily dependant on offer compensation

Two completely different industries and functions. Also comp and location are important. This seems like more of a personal interests question
Lol DD has a notoriously toxic culture, why is this even a question. If you are at McK this should be your exit op, make this one count
DoorDash is 🗑
Doordash prob has better exit opps in tech
Coach
DD might be more exciting as they are in a hyper competitive space , which is growing

Think of year on year growth opportunity. I understand C1’s point on stability but if your thought is to switch in another few years, I’ll say DD. I have heard the comp and role growth in Pepsi is hard and limited
DoorDash probably gives you the most flexibility of the two, but like others have said McKinsey gives you way better exit ops and flexibility than both unless you want to exit to another delivery or food and beverage company
I heard the work at Pepsi is slow…
What do you think ? Are you going to outsource your job or do it yourself ?
Can you share the interview questions?
