Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

I have the same situation as you a half year ago. I decided to go with normal not paying the PP fee. It got approved really quickly in 2 months as I remembered.

Its actually illegal for you to bare the costs. They have to be covered by the employer. Look into it
EY1 is wrong is it absolutely legal from them to change you the PP fee on an i140

Your alternative is not to pay for pp
I had to pay the fees 2 years ago almost the same amount I guess..was not able to go around it at that point. That extra $1000 that they take is complete bs
They told the same thing to me earlier this week. $1000 legal fee is a lot...
