Capgemini I gave Capgemini and got selected. HR discussion happened and we decided on 10.5 LPA. Offer came of 9 lpa. Called HR to revise offer as per our discussion, sent counter offer as well. HR has been delaying since last 2 weeks saying it’s still in approval. She is still not saying that business isn’t approving. Should I consider my offer to be gone?

Anyone ever heard of the firm Spire law?
Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

Mckinsey way is a good read. You'll get a summary on Google
The Mckinsey way had a story about making sure that your EA doesn't tell boyfriend #1 that you are out with boyfriend #2. I found that pretty funny and useful.
Way is good, mind can skip.
The writer was an Associate who lasted 3 years at the firm and peaked at age 25 so idk
I was not aware of that. That def adds a new perspective.
There’s a bunch of these books out there
• Problem Solving 101 by Ken Watanabe
• Cracked It by Garrette, Phelps, and Sibony
Start with the GetAbstract and if you find the content interesting, go for it
In my group, this is required reading:
• Pyramid Principle by Barbara Minto
• Say it with Charts by Gene Zelzany

Just finished Way. Most of it seems like common knowledge but a good reinforcement of my current practices. I consider it more of a surface-level read——mostly anecdotes without much depth and a little dated.
