I have two offer , one offer is from Infosys and package is 16 + 1.25(JB) and role is lead data analyst - data science (Bangalore location) and other offer is from Latent view and package is 18 and role assistant manager and location is Chennai.

Which one should I choose?

I’m working at an insurance defense firm, trying to target my practice to L&E. I recently was offered an opportunity to lateral to a national firm for a significant pay increase (150% salary increase, much better benefits, hybrid WFH options). Problem-I would be shifting gears to Toxic Tort. I’m torn between my passion and the money. I’m a second year associate. WWYD?

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
