Desi friends..need your advice..i am on H1b with an approved i140..my spouse just got a job offer in another state..if we move, will i need an h1b amendment? Will i need to restart the GC process?

Deloitte isn’t entertaining transferring from USI to US. Is it worth joining a sub with D, filing the GC and then come back to Deloitte US? Currently a SC with two years to go on H1B.
