Anyone using GoodTime for interview scheduling? How well are your recruiters adopting it ? Have you managed to go full automation (move to stage in ATS triggers the request availability and schedules the interview as soon as candidate submits matching availability).

Any insights on how you got your team embrace it?

LOL Goodtime didn't work at all for the interviews I was scheduling - Recruiting Coordiinators still had to manage it, and as I needed 2 hiring managers available to meet with each candidate we had to agree placeholders with the hiring managers, and Goodtime only recognises whitespace in diaries not placeholders. Trying to get coordinated whitespace in 2 hiring managers diaries for an hour would mean that the interview wouldn't happen for a fortight at least,
Maybe it would help for simple 121 interviews, if your hiring managers don't tend to block up their diaries and keep whitespace available.

What kind of exit opportunities are there for tax senior? Looking into getting an MBA. Any thoughts?

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?
