Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. I got the offer from nagarro(22.5) but I rejected since I initially asked for 25.
Now my offer is awaiting from TSYS(quoted 25) . TSYS said day before yesterday it's in discussion with management .
It's been more than 10 days. I'm losing patience.
What should I do. Should I contact the H.R again?

Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K?
