Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

It’s impossible to fully eradicate without a gut remodel. You can get 85% to 90% there with scrubbing all walls / odor masking primer / repaint all surfaces, replace all cabinets, replace all flooring, and ozone machine. But the smoke smell literally will embed itself in any and all exposed surfaces, and will “ooze” back until you remove all those surfaces entirely.
HVAC also
How long did the smoker live there and how much did they smoke? A quick cleaning and paint job, and you’ll get rid of the smell from someone smoking a stick or two a day indoors for a couple years. Chain smoker who has lived there for decades? Just gut the whole place because all the drywall and insulation is gonna smell like smoke
Paint doors vents should do 90% if not 100% i did a significant remove and you couldn’t tell by the end
One thing you can do is get an Ozone machine which does a fantastic job! then you just prime and paint the walls and remove any fabrics (carpets, drapes) and you should be good. Now, you can ask around at a local hotel (like a red roof inn, not a hyatt) and see if they have a machine you can use or rent. They work very well. For HVAC, use those florescent lights that kill bacteria and it will do the trick.

Ozone machines are relatively affordable on Amazon. It’s highly unlikely that a hotel would let you borrow or rent one due to how they are used. Too much liability.
So the suggestion here is to buy a machine they will use once rather than ask. Ok, I guess...
