I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. I kind of feel like they trust me with the work I’m doing and also considering my past experiences to offer me a full time and moreover it’s only been 3 months.

I know it’s a little unusual but what do you guys think/suggest me to do in this situation?!

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

I am getting a little impatient with a recruiter who feels like she has been ghosting me. Hello everyone, I'm a cs grad student graduating in may making a career transition from mechanical eng to cs. I had an internship but its been hard to find a fulltime dev role. I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?
