I went through about six rounds, and was a manager at two Big4s. Hated the type of work we did, and Slalom's end to end delivery model resonates with me. No case study.
Came in as a SC so I would have time to get some certs and experience with no sales targets. One level down, but a 10k increase (about 5%).
On track to become principal this year, so should get a bump there as well.

Thank you!
Pay is a bit less but WLB is a lot better

When they asked for my salary expectations, I said 17-25% above my current salary, which is in line with manager at a big 4. They said it was within in the range for the role, so I guess we'll see. I've heard the WLB isn't too bad, either.
Every practice area is a bit different. What’s your area of expertise?

Thanks!
I had 3 interviews, all had similar questions. My offer was 50% more than I was making in big 4, far surpassing my expectations.

I would love 50% lol
I had 4 rounds. It varies by practice and also your own situation. My offer range was 20% below what I was making but negotiated it up 25%. I max out at 45 a week
