My friend joined Capgemini recently as a test lead and they put him a project which is on its worst ever stage and people are always resigning from this project. He tried managing but everything is scattered and now his mental health is also disturbed. He asked for release but project manager said he will give PIP. What should he do ? Should he contact hrbp or any other way?

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet.
