Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

What do you do to get yourself comfortable saying something doesn’t exist in an agreement or in case law? When i get questions like this (Ex. Does this contract have XYZ-type language?) I usually figure out the answer pretty quickly…but then I spend a ton of time trying to prove myself wrong. I got burned on a question like this as a 2nd yr, so I think I’m just hyper aware of the risk. I’ve been told I need to get “more efficient” though, so I’m trying to work on this. Any suggestions?
