Why? It’s just an application… you should apply for great opportunities and try your best to get them.

Boy, do I understand this feeling. A couple of years ago, a new management team came on to lead my previous organization. The quality of decision-making and communications tanked. I kept thinking, "This has got to get better." It took me a while, sadly, but I eventually realized the path to "better" required that I leave and find a new job. I loved my previous organization and thought I'd work there for the rest of my career, so the decision to leave was painful and scary. But I'm glad I powered through those feelings. I now have a new job that I love even more, leadership that I respect, and a salary and benefits package that makes me wonder why I waited so long to make the move. Please allow yourself every feeling, but don't let them stop you from reaching for something better. You can do this.

You Got This👌👌👌Don't worry, 2024 is all about growth, new opportunities, and excelling yourself as an individual.

Only fear the chances you don't take! 💜 Just know that all you can do is to do all the work in yourself too be in the right place at the right time and what is supposed to happen, will. Sending all good thoughts!!

Good luck!!

Don’t be! You deserve to have a better job. Do your research on the company and see what their core values are and implement them into your interview. Best of luck to you! 💕

Congrats on taking the first step!

Be confident!

Women are so much less likely to apply for new, better opportunities. So thank you. Thank you for pushing through the fear and setting this example for the women around you. Never stop growing. Never question your value. Keep doing what you're doing!

Thinking about you - hoping you get it!!

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice?
