Those with rental properties. How many did you have before you stopped self managing? At 2 now and feel like I can do it myself still

5 or less is manageable in my opinion. Maybe more if they are close to your primary residence. 2 is a walk in the park regardless of location.

Yup. Agreed 3-4 is fine.

Long term or short term rentals?

If you have a live in super you can go all the way to 50+

If I see one more article on how millennials are ruining the economy or housing market by not buying enough homes or selling enough homes I'm going to scream. We were saving for 3 years before Covid and had to use a solid chunk to take care of ourselves and our families during quarantine. Now that we're ready to save again inflation and COL are at an all-time high and we're headed into a recession. And somehow this is my fault for what...not being a boomer? Bffr.

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. If focused on the tri-state area (NY, NJ, Long Island mainly) that would be even better. My hope is to buy and rent out a apartment while also owning a house and house hacking that by renting part of it out. Trying to understand all the steps, traps, and how to find if it’s a good investment.

Make 6-8% monthly passively

Yieldnodes is a server rental program, NOT a trading investment. It is not related to trading cryptos or currencies in any way.Participants' funds are used to set up servers that operate as masternodes and to stake small volume coins which allow those servers to partake in crypto network activities and generate more coins. The proceeds are shared 85% to participants and 15% to the program (the rental payment).
