Has anyone submitted grad school applications while working in tech sales? Or have any managers here managed employees who’ve gone through this process? I know in some roles like finance and consulting, grad or business school is part of the next step in employees’ careers so employers are supportive. I’m not sure it’s the same for tech roles. Honest opinion—will my desire to go to grad school disincentivize my employer to invest in me?
