@KPMG1 I hope you give better advice than that to your clients.... It's a terrible idea that violates the law and should violate your firm policy.

Oh man - it's the worst. I've done it about 5 times. Thank god they have the e-visa for tourists finally tho.

5 times?! Omg....what have you been through.....

Just do the tourist eVisa instead... So easy!

Can't you have a visa service do it for you?

Your emoji game confuses me, D1 and OP.

I just get one that's good for five years... Apply for a longer one so you don't have to keep doing it

Just not sure wtf the monkey and the rabbit are doing on there

Has anyone submitted grad school applications while working in tech sales? Or have any managers here managed employees who’ve gone through this process? I know in some roles like finance and consulting, grad or business school is part of the next step in employees’ careers so employers are supportive. I’m not sure it’s the same for tech roles. Honest opinion—will my desire to go to grad school disincentivize my employer to invest in me?

I’ve worked at my center for 3 years now and we always do something for birthdays. Last year we didn’t really do much bc we were still figuring out covid. This year I expected at least something for my birthday…. But alas, nothing. I’m pretty sure my boss and coworkers forgot. I’m so over where I am, they really don’t care about the teachers here.
