I thought non competes were not enforceable at all except for very narrow exceptions
Thanks for responding. That’s what I thought too, but wanted to confirm.
I believe not only are they unenforceable, it’s an ethics violation to even enter into one as an attorney. At least that’s the case in NJ.
Good luck with any company trying to enforce it.
Agree with others regarding 5.6. Just curious, did you say anything to the employer? What did they say? 👀
