Are sick and vacation leaves prorated ?
OpenText I am planning to resign soon. Wanna know if the leaves are prorated so that I can take them ahead if they are not prorated basis.

I'm around 8 yr experienced in RPA(Technical). What designation they will give me and what salary should I expect? Is there fixed + variable pay system too? If yes, what's the split?

How do I know Big-Law is not for me?

I am a first year who just started a couple of months ago and I am literally confused all the time. I did some small work for two partners and they loved it, so put me on new deals but the mid levels I am staffed with absolutely hate the work I do. One said the work I did was laughable. I felt bed because I spent over 25 hours on this. I wouldn’t be very bothered but the other Associates in my class are killing it. So I just feel dumb all the time.

Any suggestions for outdoor afternoon teas in the area? Want to take my grandma for the holidays.

Guys I am from Texas, USA. The last time I appeared for an interview was 10-11 years ago. I work in Java and related tech. I am also AWS certified (architect associate) but don't have much experience with it. I create small stuff on AWS for my personal learning. When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

If I got a raise for every micro aggression I’ve received while at my current agency, I’d be in a really high income bracket! Hah.
