Are there any layoffs associated with ‘Inconsistent’ ratings? I joined for few months back from an org that forces managers to rate employees low just to demoralise them and make them move out or use that low rating to lay them off. It was a trauma for everyone. Does the same happen in Ford also? Layoffs linked to ‘Inconsistent’ rating or 2 continuous ’Inconsistent’ rating results in getting laid off?

Few days back I had a post stating that I would be joining one of the consultancy by end of this month, my question was will my joining date be impacted due to the current tech layoff. Is there a way that the new employer can monitor the post and take necessary action?

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
