I got laid off but due to the WARN act, I am still on the payroll for a while. If a background check is done to look at employment history, do they see my official working end date, or the day I am off the payroll?

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Fishes- Need some quick knowledge/suggestions for Monthly Investments. I have a 10k Monthly ELSS SIP and 10k Nippon Pharma MF SIP. In addition to this, a small amount 15-20K flat invested in Crypto. I have some more money to spare- 10-15K/month. Any suggestions where I can invest this? I have little knowledge of stocks so would be a little hesitant to get in.
