Art director in NY with 2 years of experience, around how much should I be asking for when applying to other jobs?

I have extensive development experience on apex,Aura,integration. After after spending 3 years in service based companies, learning is very low pace now. So wanted to switch to a product based company.
Attend one interview in sirionlabs and got offered but not sure how it is.

What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. I've seen people say that if you're underpaid, you can't just outline your contributions because your manager needs a compelling reason for finance to bump your salary and they need to prove you're underpaid. So how do I present my case that I'm being underpaid other than "my friends make this amount in their role" or "Glassdoor says this" when finance can find rebuttals for these arguments?
