McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

If you want to
It's your choice. You can check for other companies tat you have interest working to or you can accept the full-time position. It's really good to be offered a full-time position from the company where you had your internship. It's really hard to find jobs nowadays.
You can accept it if you like. At least you won't have to make big adjustments. However, there's also nothing wrong with widening your options and testing out other job markets. Whichever you choose is totally okay.
This is very true. I get anxious going to new jobs so if you feel comfortable staying, I would take it. I think it all depends on what other offers you can gather.
That would really depend on your preferences for your career. If that internship served you well and you would like to continue on that career path then you already have a way in into the industry. However, if you want to channel your energy into another line of work then it's your call.
Do whatever is best for you. If you want to stay, you already have some experience with the internship. If you want to leave, there are plenty of places that are hiring right now. Do what you feel is best for you
Return offers to former interns are usually an exploding offer within a week or two, so if you want any chance to have additional options to choose from, you’d have to act fast to put yourself through the process at other firms…
What does your intuition say? If it were up to me, I'd take it since I already know the ins and outs within the company with no major adjustements necessary. But if you want to grow and challenge yourself by testing the waters elsewhere, do it.
