Yes in some ways...bosch hired a lot of people who were willing to join for less than market salaries, as lot of experienced boschlers resigned...and since the people with good skills did not join as they had multiple higher offers they hired whoever was willing to join with hiring process being relatively easy....due to this lot of people with no right skills got into bosch....so now I think they are putting people in pip or lpm who according to them are not meeting bgsw's expectations...
Also there are people in bosch who have higher roles and responsibilities but are paid lessar than those who joined post great resignation period(2021 and after).....also this year's july hike is going to have big difference between low and high performers is what I heard...so they want to create a performance based culture...and current automotive market is also not good ....so all this according me are the reasons for PIP and lpm...
You mean to say that people who joined after 2022 got high salaries?
I think so. From what I know, people who are in PIP are those who have joined aftwr 2022.
I may be wrong...
