Associate raises went out today, but I didn’t get a call.

Trying not to assume the worst, especially since partner announcements also came out today, but my service group leader hasn’t reached out. I know I didn’t have a great year — some tough feedback and lower hours — but I’m still anxious about the silence.

Is it normal for some calls to happen later, or does no call usually mean no raise? Feeling uneasy but trying to stay realistic.
