At a T25 MBA and debating ACN strategy vs Deloitte for my internship. D had me interview for the F&EP group. D Recruiter told me the internship is now a "cross consulting" group with more flexibility to work across different practices (similar to ACN's ASCDP). I was curious if anyone had add'l info on either internship and what FT alignment process is. I'm interested in M&A consulting so was curious what my chances are at aligning with D's M&A offering. I’m currently discontent with my income.
(3rd year. Salary=80k and no performance incentive. I brought in $1.4mm AFTER partners claimed over half of fees on my big cases.)
I see CJL offers an incentive+ base but I’m curious about that structure.
Any good or bad firm culture to speak of?
Is it impossible to actually earn a respectable incentive bonus?
Am I going to have some partner come cut me out of any cases where I might actually make a solid fee?
