How do i find time to shortlist companies, interview / prep for exit etc while working the usual crazy consulting hours? How did you do it or any advice? (Associate here)

1. How is the quality of work in terms of full stack web development with respect to latest tech and career growth.
2. How is the work life balance for software engineers ?
