But they are saying they cannot give 100% hike as current market standards are 30%. Is it possible to get around my expectations 20-25 lpa as I have overall 7.5 yoe in pharma consulting. I Have interviewed on TCS , i have cleared the technical round, i was asked to upload documents that too is verified by HR and gor call regarding salary discussion and sent me salary structure acceptance for releasing offer, my status in iBegin is "Evaluation in Process" its almost 10 days not recieved offer letter till yet. When i contacted HR he is saying your offer letter is only pending for 2 approval, he said u will receive it by eod , but i haven't So worried does it take this much time🤞

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master

I have been selected as Cloud Support Engineer in Amazon and is being offered 20lpa fixed and 5lpa sign on bonus for first year and 4lpa sign on bonus for second year. And I am being offered 20lpa in Amazon stocks spread over 4 years. My YOE=5 years and I am from DevOps background. When the salary discussion happened I didn't negotiate at all.
