Based on my personal experience, I would encourage life sciences professionals to carefully evaluate opportunities at ProcDNA before joining.

I found the work to be heavily support-oriented and less strategic or innovative than I had expected. For those looking for cutting-edge analytics, consulting, data science, or technology-focused work, it may not align with your career goals.

The founders are disgruntled ex-ZSers who pick up our scraps and try to take business by competing on cost, but clients always come back.

I also experienced challenges related to leadership, project quality, and career development opportunities. In my view, the organization appears to compete primarily on cost, which can impact the type of work and responsibilities employees receive.

Ultimately, I regret my decision to join and believe I would have been better served pursuing opportunities elsewhere. Of course, others may have had different experiences, but I wanted to share my perspective so candidates can make an informed decision.

I also felt there was a significant amount of favoritism and internal politics, which made career growth and fair recognition difficult. In my experience, performance alone did not always seem to drive opportunities or visibility

Recently left the Big4 without a job lined up. I’m hearing all my friends talking about busy season woes and I’m so grateful to not be in that position. I keep thinking of the long hours and it’s making me not want to job hunt. I’ve been looking at industry related tax roles, and generally like accounting but am open to exploration. Is there any such role that gives good comp, great work/life balance (I don’t even wanna be near 60 hours), and overall interesting role/company?
