The recruiting company reached out to me via LinkedIn Inmail, I passed that initial call, then had a great virtual interview with the hiring manager of the company that’s hiring. Recruiter said ‘we’ve hit a snag’ and those roles are on hold, but the hiring manager just posted on LinkedIn that they are hiring for marketing automation roles.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

What’s your work-life balance like? So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis.
