It depends on the service line and practice - average deal size, whether it is an emerging competency, whether there’s typically a recurring component. Tenure is also taken into account - younger partner goals are lower that more senior partners. Also there are adjustments for individual partners as some roles are given a break, for example if you’re running a practice, your goal may not be as high personally because you’re also responsible for meeting the overall practice goal.

Depends as always on where you sit. Digital, EA, etc
It also depends on how attributions are calculated... are we single counting? Can multiple people lay claim to the same opportunity? Are the numbers calculated based on sales or revenue collected? Net revenue?
Thank you for dismissing our comments without actually addressing the topics, P1. Was there something I stated (across service lines or different firms) that's factually inaccurate?
In my humble, insignificant experience, there are wide discrepancies between how sales targets are calculated, which should be considered in an apples-to-apples comparison.
