Based solely on the bottom line for the big 4, what outcome of the election would be best?

Big 4 Consulting interviews: do most people fail out of interviews at the behavioral interview part or the case interview part? Does anyone know statistics of job offers given once you make the casing portion of a Big 4 interview?

Hey everyone - applying in R2 this year to Harvard, Stanford, Booth and Kellogg.

Graduated in 2017 from a top state school, GPA 3.88 and GRE 321 (quant 162, verbal 159) w/ 5.5 writing score. Asian female at a Big 4, worked in healthcare consulting and was fast track promoted in 1 year before switching into strategy/innovation consulting. Trying to pivot to VC and eventually raise my own VC firm targeting underrepresented founders.

Can someone offer some advice on how to potentially join finance transformation at the Big 4?

I’m struggling to find industry senior accounting roles that are offering much above 100K in the NYC market. Currently a S2 in audit in the B4, has this just been the norm recently or am I not looking for the right opportunities?

Transactions salary range for experienced managers or senior managers SF/LA location. Exploring options with other big 4. Any suggestions.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

What are the pros and cons of each? (hours and learning opps, not concerned about salary) Not looking to work long term in both and would likely want to transition into an FP&A role in the future. Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Which would you rather? Internal at MBB or client-facing at Big 4/ACN?

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?

I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response.
