Can you use robin hood as a consultant in the big 4?

Are budgeted hours as big a deal at Big 4? I've legit been asked why I charged 8 hours one day on a client I was assigned 40 for the week. It makes it difficult to hit utilization targets too

Current CTC : ~9.5L
Expected CTC : 30-35% hike

Accenture rejected my profile without even an interview due to budget issues.

Any referrals please where the expected CTC won't be an issue?

I know EY early promotes had their comp discussions and was curious what other big 4’s are seeing in terms of raises this year due to covid

Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I’m starting a financial analyst position at a major hospital system in my area soon and want to stick with that for a couple years before making a transition but was curious if I just don’t have the right experience for a role in advisory.

Do people know if the big 4 are all wfh and onboarding that way as well? Or have they started setting return to office dates?

I have recently left Big 4 Consulting few months ago (5+ YOE) and joined a boutique. I am not enjoying my role here - is it bad to leave after 6 months?

Hey folks, I am interested in sustainability and the entire finance aspect of it. However my exp in th area is woefully inadequate. I'm trying to read up. Currently in the finance transformation team at EY (not related at all to sustainability). And no background studies wise.

I have got 6 years of experience and I have done MBA in finance. My last company was a Big 4. They are ready to pay me 9L and I require a 100% increment. will they give me 12 L? Should I accept 9 L?

Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest
