BCG does phone screens in the US? (Had a recruiter reach back after I applied for a phone screen but didnt have this step last year when I interviewed)

Its been more than 2 weeks i have given my interview and cleared the levels. HR discussion is still pending and my lwd is jus a week away. When will the HR complete discussion ?

its 20days now, since I given Telephonic interview in CTS.Interviewer told me that you cleared this round and HR ll contact you for further process.But as of now no one contacted me.

I just had an employee tell me they are on the verge of quitting due to burnout- actually going to quit but was told to talk to HR for options (we don't have any in place). The manager wants to keep them as they are one of our best employees.

It’s the one consistent feedback I get while casing , “to be more structured” I’m there for math ability , business logic , creativity.

Hey MBB Fishes! I have an offer to shift from a M (5 YoE, no MBA) position to a Consultant position at BCG - does anyone have any insight into expected change in responsibilities and salary range I should be pushing for?

Upcoming M interview - if I use a common framework like Victor Cheng’s Customer, Competition, Company, Product - will that be counted against me if it fits the problem at hand? Are there points awarded for creativity in framework / taken away due to lack of?

I know typically base salaries are fixed at McKinsey & Company , but is it possible to negotiate bonus if a competing offer has a better compensation package?
