I wanted to ask two questions for the application process at MBB, I was a terrible student in high school thus my SAT scores are terrible but I graduated college with a 3.6, so will that impact my chances at MBB and be screened out by the HR system? Applied for a role with Salesforce and had both a talent advisor and corporate recruiter reach out to schedule time to talk about the role. Is this normal for the recruiting process for two different people to reach out to schedule time? Is one more senior than the other/different approach?

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. Networking: I’m trying to build a network with MBB employees but I’m searching for roles in another country where I’ve got minimal school connections. Should I start by building a network in my home country and ask them if they can put me in touch with someone in my target location?
