Been in tech for 8 years and completely relate. It feels like the industry has shifted from building cool things with impact to just optimizing existing systems for the smallest gains. I keep wondering, what’s the next step for people like us who feel burned out but still need to make a living? I'd love to get out of this corporate nightmare.

What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?

I will be relocating out of state from NY to FL in December. My current role does not allow flexibility to work remote and our offices in FL have no tech roles for transfer.
