I have not been brought up religious but I am beginning to think, I’d like to have faith in something. Doesn’t need to be dogmatic, but having a foundational belief in good things to come is probably essential and for someone like me who needs to work so hard to be happy, I wonder if being a part of a spiritual group can help. I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.
