best way to learn sql for an interview in 2 days? 😅 (already am past beginner level!)

I'm curious to know how many (and which) tech companies have resumed physical onsite interviews in their offices?

I need some advice my friends. I interviewed last year for M1 at a big four but ended up coming in as S3 with the expectation to be promoted to M1 within 6-12 months per the interview. Now they are saying target promotion is now end of 2022 (would make it 18 months). Are they just dragging me along since we are short seniors? I’ve now been in public for 6 years now. I was in the “met expectations” group for performance. Is it time for me to go into private? Will my raise be anything exciting?

Is this lack of responsiveness indicative of company culture or more about the culture of recruiting, since they receive so many emails? Thoughts?
