Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

Doesn’t ask too many personal questions but totally respects your booger sugar issue because it’s completely recreational except to keep the demons in their “husks”.
What level and what office? Asking for, umm, a friend.
Seems silly, but you should hit it off in your 1st chat. Also, look at his/her portfolio and dig their style.
Some may poo poo this but I find it important for your partner to be in the same stage of life as you, or at least have a similar lifestyle. For example, as a woman with small kids, it’s helpful that my partner has small kids and understands when I need to pause work or have a morning to myself for family upkeep. Not a golden rule, but one I keep for myself.
Collaborative, open minded, wants to create good work - not just a paycheck
A killer book. Not an ass. Will have your back. Also, one or both of you need to be good presenters.
What do you find is most useful, productive, inspiring for you when you develop ideas? This person should complement you and challenge you in your gap areas (weaknesses) and make your strengths even stronger. Do an honest assessment of what’s worked for you and not in your career. Only you can create this spec. And great that your ECD is asking you this and not imposing a person on you.
