The Richards Group
How did The Richards Group, employer of more than 700 people, not offer materity leave? Wtf? Are there other agencies still rationalizing BS like this?
Serious question: Should I remove The Richards Group from my resume/LinkedIn? I worked there years ago and wonder if the name will leave a negative impression with recruiters, CCOs, etc. Thanks in adv…
I see the Richards Group making Black History month content and can’t help but roll my eyes. So over agencies making empty little videos showing diversity yet the faces behind the agency stay the same…
So what’s going on inside The Richards Group? Everyone just waiting for a big layoff? Did all those clients actually stop work ASAP or is that just what they tell the news, but in reality it’ll be a g…

Performance Reviews are coming up and I’m pretty sure mine is going to be average. But working from home while parenting toddlers the last six months while people are sick and dying, I think I’ve been a fucking superhero.
Media planner with very limited experience in digital planning and buying. Any out of office at home ways to beef up my knowledge? Thanks guys
Anyone thinking about starting a new career or have already? I’ve been doing this for 14 years and kinda sick of the limited opportunities, agency politics and “blah" Creative.
Who are the most insane, crazy party people in the industry who somehow still manage to find - and keep - success, despite their reputation?
What are thoughts on working at Area23?
If you are feeling sick or something during the day and WFH, do you feel comfortable napping it off and then getting back to work and working late if needed? I have friends that say this is totally normal and okay but I feel weird about it and can never actually rest to feel better if I do lay down
A good friend connected me with a lucrative side project, how do I ‘thank’ him without feeling icky about it?
Hi everyone! Looking for some guidance on resources you use for benchmarking for workforce planning/DEI specifically in the tech space?
Is DDB NY still looking for a mid level AD?

How long was your last job search? My lease is up in 2 months and I’m looking to time it with starting a new job in L.A. Should I start the job search now or wait a month?
Thoughts on "unlimited PTO"? I'm interviewing at a place that keeps bringing it up as a benefit. They say that corporate supports people taking a week to two weeks off. Maybe I'm cynical, but I've heard that at companies that offer this this, people rarely use the PTO or the PTO is rarely approved. What have your experiences been with this?
I am currently unemployed but I am very curious about everyone’s company signature having she/her or he/him or they displayed. Are companies forcing people to write the pronouns you need to choose? I honestly never understood why somebody that wasn’t in the LGBTQ community would specify, and I know people are doing it to show support but if I started working again I don’t think I would want to put that in my signature. It seems political. What are your thoughts?
Those LiMu Emu ads are the bane of my existence 🤬
Laundry Service people... how do you like working there? Are benefits good? Anything helps!
Does anyone have recommendations on processes or sites that help with diversity recruiting? Our company is trying to try to break out of the homogenous bubble we live in, any tips appreciated!

Boy do I love working on my boss’ idea that I know the client isn’t going to go for. What a great use of my time this lovely evening!
How do you transition from big 4 consulting to big law? My clients are all funds, and I do international tax consulting. I have used my connections to refer me into probably 10 big law firms and it’s not working. One most recently came back and said they aren’t interested bc I have no law firm experience. How am I supposed to get it though? I can’t go to lower ranked firms bc my clients are all “big.” … any suggestions appreciated!

Is anyone else dreading getting back to working from the office? I’m quite an introvert and actually enjoyed this work from home, more exercise, less travel, family time and most importantly didn’t have to talk to anyone, lol!
How long does it take PwC to get back to you with a offer, I had my 3rd interview a little over a week ago and still haven’t heard of anything yet.
Moving out of the WITCH! H wasn't as kind as the market and general audience seems to perceive the image of the org. When an org treats an employee as a resource but not as a human, I guess it's time to move on. Grateful for the learnings, but leaving with a bad taste. All the luck to the aspirants, positive energy for the one's hanging in there.
Just got feedback from my MBB interview. So close, asked to come back in 6 months to try again 🤕
Is it normal for firms to be ambiguous about titles during interviews? Firm says that specific title will be determined during interviews and may result in a lower title than one originally applied.
Should I disclose my bar score in my application materials for a lateral associate position? My school didn’t do GPA or class rank so my thought is it’s a good way to distinguish myself. (320 UBE)
It’s such a weird feeling to be doing the beginning of client call banter and have them say “so I went to a movie in person this weekend” and everyone oooh’s and ahhh’s asking how it was 😂
