Building receives a lot of past tenant mail. Do people not care about getting their mail to them by just making the change at USPS?

Considering I get mostly junk mail, I don’t really care, no. That said I still do the forwarding so the people in my old place don’t get all the junk

I think they only forward your mail for 6 months after that you have to pay. Who wants to pay to forward junk mail?

We have lived here for four years, and received a dissolution of marriage certificate for the tenant before us, and brokerage statements for the tenant before the tenant who had her marriage disolved. I cross out our address, write "Moved 4+ years ago - Return to Sender", and pointing to the sender.

Like bills and past due notices?
Subpoenas?
IRS audit?

They give forwarding address to people they still want to communicate with.

I firmly believe leadership makes the difference.

Not only, it highlins each one's value, but especially spreads this value among others.
I'm speaking about life, in a broad sense, which also include work life, but it is not limited to that.

Looking for any kind of suggestion to improve my leadership: books, experiences, attitudes, daily-routine, ...

Thank you!

Good evening all,
With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then.
