Hi, Will TCS black list candidate if accepted the offer but didn't join. Informed HR 1 month before the DOJ. Can we apply for TCS again after 1 or 2 yrs or will they blacklist still?

WFH has definitely added fuel to the fire because I’m super outgoing and vibe off of others. I’ve been actively looking for a new role but nothing good has come up for 6ish months. It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
