Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

I’m taking the GMAT in September and would like to include my score on my applications to other firms. Based on what I’m getting in practice, it would significantly improve my resume. However, I heard many firms, particularly MBB, have hiring windows in August, so applying later would hurt my chances. Is this true, and if so, when should I apply? Is it possible to apply earlier and then fill in the recruiter on my GMAT score while I’m in the process?

How do you tell if your managing partner is invested in your success? I feel like my managing partner couldn’t care less about my development, career, or success. I’m a new senior manager in tax. Just got promoted this year. How do I know that I’m able to get to partner vs the firm seeing me as a sm only? What can I do to differentiate and also how do I prevent being overworked? I’m scared I would say I’m interested in partner, but then the firm seeing me as a workhorse and not promoting me. I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?
