Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?

I don't know why but I am thinking emotionally..

After BCA + MBA I was always looking for functional roles like Pre-sales, Busiess analyst, etc. But now I'm completely in sales with 3 yrs of experience.
Also I have seen that some people have switched from Sales into BA, Pre sales, Product management, etc.
I also want to hop in BA, Pre-sales any advice for me ?

My current CTC is 4.2 lpa and even a fresher earns more than 6+ lpa.
