This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hi folksCognizantDXC Technology I have 15 years of experience in Cognizant..joined as PAT and rose thru the ranks to be SM..in recent years, bad policies at org level and increasing attrition has been breaking me personally and professionally. Got an offer from DXC with Accenture also in pipeline. Both roles are kinda individual contributor roles (very less mgmt part) which I like (Domain role).. pls advise - is it advisable to join DXC at this point? I get 23.5 CTC - how much to ask for?

Generally there is vesting schedule for RSU like 25 percent of your grant will be vested every year means if you are granted 100 stocks you can sell 25 ( you can hold if you wish to as long as you want even after leaving the firm it's your call) of them after completing each year of service like 25 at the end of 1st year next 25 at the end of second year. If you resign rsu will lapse but you get the part of it based on how much time you spend. So if you resign if third year you will get 50 percent of it and remaining is gone. When you sell the rsu it if counted as you income so you have to pay tax as per your slab. Vesting schedule should be mentioned in the offer letter if not ask hr.
@EY1 Thank you for your response - really appreciate it. There is no mention of the vesting schedule in the offer - in fact the complete details will be provided once I join. HR too didn't mention it but he did say all of it is already part of the offer. Checking again with him might help. If you have any other suggestions please do share.
