Can anyone recommend a good security camera system that has continuous recording? Currently have SinpliSafe, and I hate how the motion-sensing recording is so slow to turn on. So it doesn't record until 8 seconds after it has sensed movement. That is so slow and I usually will miss someone who walks across my front of backyard because I will only see the tail-end of it. I heard Ring has the same issue.

My ring doorbell has continuous recording but it’s black and white and lower resolution until motion is detected. However it switches to full color resolution pretty fast. I went and watched one and it’s about 2 seconds between the person entering the frame and going to full resolution color. I also have ring cameras in my driveway and backyard. I watched some of those videos too they don’t have the low resolution full recording but seem to come on pretty fast. When my gardener comes into the frame they are only one or two steps into the frame at the beginning of the video.

Also, with ring you can set it so that motion at one camera causes other camera to start recording. When my driveway camera detects motion my doorbell camera starts recording.

Thank you. Maybe it's time to switch to Ring this Black Friday.

The lounge access at airports were a nice benefit, never got to use it since my client travel was through Amtrak.

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!
