I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Just move around every 18-24 months and choose roles of increasing responsibility and impact at different firms within an industry you like.
Make sure to meet and develop strong relationships in each company. Those contacts will later introduce you to people they know and the world gets smaller and smaller. If you start to focus in on a career path for example becoming a project manager, you will begin to build communities of practice through your skills and credentials. If you are in the same industry you will meet similar people in multiple companies. I can tell from your curiosity you will do well. Continue to remain open and interested in meeting others. You will move ahead as you build your skills and find your tribe.
