Hi folks, I've cleared technical round in EPICOR which is product based company. I've HR/manager round on next week. What salary i may expect from them?
Shall I ask 30 LPA? if I ask then they reject me?

I started working for my company about 6 weeks ago and I was originally hired to work from a specific location closer to my home. I was told the 1st day of my employment that the location “is not ready yet” and that I would be working out of a temp location further from my home. It has been really inconvenient for me to say the very least and the remote option is unavailable to me until after the probation period which is 6 months.How should I approach having this conversation with my director?

A little red beacon goes off in a part of the Security team for extractions and your phone and laptop access immediately gets revoked. You then have to pack up stuff and turn in anything while HR tries to intimidate you to sign something you don't have time to read while threatening to withhold your deserved payout. Then leadership walks in and tells you you'll never get another job in this industry again. Next you get forcibly taken out the elevators while your co-workers watch and think you were fired for performance or ethics issues while management sits back and think that it'll keep the rest of them in line.
You contact HR, they send you a packet. The day before you leave you have an exit interview with HR to provide feedback. Turn your laptop in sometime on your last day (after you've submitted all your time and reimbursements).
