I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

I'd leave out your GPA. It isn't high enough to include and it doesn't really help that much anyway.
You need cursor: pointer on your project links and you should add a brief description (either as text or as a tooltip). Be sure to use a nice responsive grid here and have the text truncate if it's too large for its card.
You don't have enough projects on your GitHub. Outside of your degrees, you are kind of a gamble. Also saying you lost access to your other GitHub account doesn't inspire confidence. No one needs to know since the projects are hidden anyway. You should just link the other account in your GitHub bio. If you don't have any other access to all your college work, this could be a problem as I think you should repurpose or open source some of your highest graded projects. You may need to build one really solid app to show off your skills. Or just add the take-home projects you build when job hunting.
Thank you so much. I've started using your recommendations.
It’s a good start, but instantly landing on the page it lacks the mobile first experience. This is crucial for websites in this day and age and employers will certainly criticise this. Once you’ve sorted that I’m happy to take a look again
Right now, just HTML, Javascript, and CSS. I made this while portfolio today, and it was my first time making one.
I agree with what others have posted and here are some other items I see could be improved.
The view in the mobile layout is rough and almost unreadable.
The portfolio should be be sharing about what makes you special. Out of hundreds of profiles why should I care about another "Dedicated Software Engineer". I want to know the why and how. What do you offer that others don't. What skills or experiance makes you the candidate for my company. Show me as a reader or future employer this info.
My immediate impression was not good at mobile layouts when I opened that link.
In a way, brag about your listed projects. Tell me more without me having to click a link to view this info on another website.
Your education bio is redundant since I already see your degrees. Use this bio area to share what these degrees did for you. Highlight your key projects or development. Share with me.
Give me some other graphics other than your picture on each page.
I like the colors, they are different and share energy. I love that you shared the pronunciation of your name.
Good luck in your endeavors Ibrahim!
