Can folks who recently went through the interview process at bcg share what the process is like? I have a couple of questions.

If you're interviewing for the BCG Toronto office, the first round is two live cases of 15 minute fit + 30 minutes case
Yes, I did 2 round 1 interviews with the BCG Toronto office.
2) 30 min live fit and AI chat bot case
Not sure how I did on the chat bot, probably alright and it was certainly pretty difficult. I had done maybe 20 live cases in the weeks before. Think the fit interview is what matters more as I moved onto the final round. Good luck!
1 week after. But I asked for a faster process, usually it’s 2 weeks I think.
I got the first interview invitation 3 weeks after applying and doing pymetrics! First round was the online case + a 30 minute behavioral interview. I interviewed Friday and heard back early Tuesday morning about final round interviews. Those were scheduled 2 weeks later and I found out the day after the interview that I got the job. When they sent the first interview invitation the recruiter laid out the whole process with potential first round interview dates (3 options), the final round interview date (1 option but when I got the actual invitation they said if I needed to push it I could reach out regarding that) and 3 target start dates!

Seems very accommodating
Took approximately two weeks after pymetrics to get my invite. Looks like the first round is 1. online case (not with a person) and 2. Behavioral interview with a person. Final round is two cases.

1) when you hear back varies by a lot. Personally, I heard back in about a month. I’ve seen other hear back much sooner, however.
2) Its a case with an online chat bot (think about it like a multiple choice test) and a purely behavioral with a real person. No live cases this round. North America seems to have standardized this way. Don’t know about other places.
