I recently completed two rounds of Interview,
01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

I am currently working as an Application Engineer at Amazon. I want to move to the AWS team as an internal transfer. Any tips to crack the interview or any referrals.
