Is a 2-day deadline to accept or decline a job offer normal right now?

If I invested a small amount through a SAFE and the company is now kicking off a seed round that will be a priced round, should I invest in more in the company before or after this seed round? This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
